Canopus Residence
Realizing the tremendous increasing demand for Real Estate in the capital city, Male’, the company invested a lot of resources in developing the current Canopus Residence at G.Maavehi. This project has surpassed the company’s highest expectation and has encouraged the company to create a new division in the company under the brand name Canopus Residences.
Under the Canopus Residence division the company has already purchased land plot in the government developed artificial island, Hulhumale.
In addition to Hulhumale the company has also looked further north areas in Maldives and have bought land in the north airport island Hanimadhoo.
Work on the new projects is already underway and will be completed before end of 2008.
