Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description: The role of a Business Development Manager will include doing market research and identifying key areas of business development. He/she should be able to prepare a marketing business development strategy and implement it accordingly. He/she should be able to assess marketing opportunities as they arise and also gather intelligence on competition.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description: The role of a Sales Manager will include doing market research and identifying key areas where sales can be improved. He/she should be able to prepare sales strategies and set sales targets. He/she should be able lead the sales team to meet the sales targets.
Skill Attributes
• Should preferably possess a professional qualification such as Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to prepare and implement short-term and long-term plans
• Ability to lead a team and work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English (preferably speak and extra language such as Arabic, French, German, Spanish, or Russian)
• Computer literate
• Previous experience in the posts, would be an added advantage
